How do credits work?

Credits are used to execute AI-powered tasks and workflows across the platform. Credit usage varies depending on factors such as document size, processing complexity, and the type of analysis being performed. Before a task begins, the estimated credit cost is displayed so you can review the expected usage in advance. Additional credits can be purchased at any time from the Top Up page.

Are my documents secure?

Yes. Uploaded documents are securely stored during processing using protected cloud storage infrastructure. Files are used only for the requested analysis workflow and are automatically deleted shortly after processing is completed. Access to uploaded documents is restricted and documents are not shared with other users or third parties.

How long does analysis take?

Most tasks are completed within a few minutes, depending on document size, processing complexity, and current system workload. Larger or more complex workflows may take longer to complete.

What happens if a task fails?

If a task cannot be completed successfully, the task status will indicate the failure and processing will stop. In cases where the failure is caused by a platform or system error, credits will not be deducted. However, if processing fails due to issues with the submitted input — such as unsupported, invalid, or corrupted files — credits may still be charged for the processing performed up to the point the issue was identified.

Can I automate task execution?

API-based task automation and external integrations are planned for future platform releases. This will enable tasks to be triggered programmatically using API keys, workflows, and webhook-based integrations with external systems and applications. User feedback helps guide future platform development and integration priorities.

Will more AI tasks be added?

Yes. The platform is designed to support a growing library of AI-powered workflows and business automation tasks across multiple industries and operational domains. Additional capabilities, integrations, and intelligent workflow automations will continue to be added over time. AI-generated analysis may occasionally vary depending on document structure, wording, formatting, and contextual complexity. Results should be reviewed appropriately before being used for operational, legal, or business decision-making.
